For new comers the best way to get a real understanding of CrossFit is to experience our classes and atmosphere for yourself. For experienced athletes the best way learn about a new facility is too meet the coaches and fellow members. More often than not it is difficult to make a meaningful decision after just one class. We think a week is much more realistic amount of time!
All fitness levels are welcome to come to any classes that fit your schedule at a $10 charge for one week unlimited - Valid on the first visit only. We are able to scale any workout we have our class complete to any fitness level, beginner or advanced. Our coaches are on hand at all times to provide ongoing corrections and instruction throughout the class.
