IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME TRYING CROSSFIT
Is this your first time trying CrossFit? Are you just starting to get back into an active lifestyle? Is a normal workout for you p90x at home? Been going to the gym with a friend?
If any of the above statements sound like they apply to you then we highly encourage you to enrol in our KickStart Program. Many of the movements we do in our daily workouts, while not inherently difficult, are slightly different than the majority of exercises performed in a standard gym. This results in new members having to learn a large number of new movements very quickly over the first few classes. To make the ramp up easier and safer for everyone we offer a 4 week program to teach these movements in very small groups focused solely on developing good habits and technique before jumping headfirst into our classes!
ARE YOU EXPERIENCED WITH CROSSFIT?
Finding a new gym is always a big decision; you want to make sure you enjoy our programming, trust the coaching and like our community and atmosphere. We want you to be sure you want to sign up with us for the long run as well! To this end we offer an Introductory Special at either of our facilities because we believe one class just isn't enough time.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT!
The good news is you don't need much!
- Comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your range of motion (e.g. gym shorts and a t-shirt)
- Proper footwear (e.g. flat athletic shoes, running shoes can be used as a substitute)
- A water bottle
- A positive attitude!
