6 Week Fitness Challenge. New Year, new you!

This Fitness Class is designed to be an hour long where clients will be challenged physically and mentally for 60 minutes. It will include strength training, aerobic conditioning, and gymnastics conditioning. We will use a variety of equipment to challenge your movement , however the focus is on quality and functional movements to improve your quality of life, without the technical aspect of CrossFit (Olympic lifting, Gymnastics skills etc..)

This is a great way to kick off your new year, and tick that fitness New Years resolution!
