This is a 6 - 7 week program that gives kids a chance to experience CrossFit and learn the fundamentals while having a lot of fun.
Fundamentals of squatting pushing, pulling, jumping and basic lifts
-Warm up (games and fun focused)
-Skill work (learning basics and strength movements)
-WOD (workout of the day, incorporating skills learned)
-Cool down (another game)
Members of the infantry will be exposed to classic CrossFit movements such as the fundamentals mentioned, as well as kettle bell movements, wall balls, plyometric box work, agility and accuracy drills, all done with an emphasis on fun and developing a lifelong love of fitness.
Each program will start with a baseline workout that we will re-test at the end of the 6 weeks so we can all appreciate our improvement!
