Starting CrossFit

For those who are new to CrossFit or new to fitness in general we highly recommend our KickStart Program. It is a 4 week program consisting of 12 sessions going through the movements we use in our classes on a daily basis in a slower paced, technique focused environment. Each class also contains a workout portion to start to properly prepare individuals for the intensity they can expect in a class environment. 


Thoughtful Design

CrossFit is our bread and butter. Our classes are designed in cycles throughout the year focusing on different aspects of fitness. We believe this not only keeps your workouts interesting but also allows us to create meaningful progressions to make our members as fit and healthy as possible. Words will only take us so far, so for anyone reading this come on in and see for yourself what we are all about!


Gymnastics. Olympic Lifting. Mobility.

Our Unlimited Membership options allow members to attend our specialty programs. These include Mobility, Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting. Our specialty programs are designed to help existing members strengthen their skills in specific areas of training. Our Mobility program teaches members how to properly recover from the strain exercise puts on our bodies. Our gymnastics program help to improve proprioception, technique and the static strength. Move better live better. Olympic Weightlifting is an olympic sport in its own right and our program is designed to increase both maximal loads as well as sub maximal capacity.


Two Locations

We are Edmonton's largest pure CrossFit Facility. Both of our facilities have a large main floor area for our classes as well as an area dedicated for open gym and private training during any of our posted hours. Any membership with us provides access to both of our locations. If you would like to stop in and see our facilities feel free to stop by during any of our scheduled class times!

Personal Training

For some people a group environment can be a little intimidating. For some people they want more attention. In both cases we understand and have a solution. We offer both personal training and personal programming with some our trainers. We are also able to run private KickStart programs for those who are interested. If you are interested the best time to start is today!


Private Group Training

We offer private group training both on and off site. We have worked with junior high and high school classes, sport performance programs, youth groups, hockey teams, and corporate teams. There are so many things that we love about CrossFit. We love fitness, active lifestyles and making our members a little bit better than they were the day before. We love teaching, sharing our knowledge and finding new knowledge to continually improve. We love learning from our members, and becoming better at what we do from feedback and experiences.
